We are here to help parents, caregivers, and others in the home manage any unexpected challenges that may take place in life.
Our mission is to help strengthen families by reinforcing the aspirations parents have for their children and for themselves. The FRC accomplishes this by reminding parents they are their children's first teacher. The FRC connects families to resources to increase their physical and mental health along with promoting financial stability and self sufficiency.
The FRC is located at 134 East Heights Drive.
