A Motorized wheelchair or motor scooter must be operated in a manner and at a speed not to endanger others who are walking or standing in the common areas of the property.
A motor scooter and/or motorized wheelchair must be stored inside the resident's apartment. It cannot be stored in any of the common areas including but not limited to hallways, breezeways, etc.
